I made my CAD Portfolio during the first semester of this year 2nd year for my Civil Engineering Graphics course (CIVIL 2150). This project was very enjoyable to put together and I felt proud of my accomplishments. Seeing all my designs put together and being able to explain the aspects of them I was the most invested in was very inspiring for me. 

I found this project to be a good way to communicate. It worked on my communication skills in a comprehensive manner. I managed to tell a story not only with words but also with the images presented in the portfolio. I feel as though this exercise perfectly set me up for my Effective Engineering Communications course (ENG 2003) where I am required to put together yet another portfolio, but in a slightly different way this time. 

I would say this was one of my best works to date. I would definitely improve on some areas such as the quality of photos. Due to the capacity on my computer, I was not able to ensure maximal quality, which can be improved in the future. This piece was slightly out of my comfort zone at the time of crafting, which was optimal as it stimulated my affinity for writing reports and portfolios of this sort.
